The Bridge and Board meeting is conducted as best as possible according to Robert's Rules of Order. While this is an open meeting, only people who are placed on the agenda prior to each meeting may speak, unless the Bridge requests your input.
Open to youth who have completed the Learn to Sail program.
Summer Tuesday Sunfish Class Race Series
As the spring series comes to an end, the summer series now begins.
Let's get those hulls moving through the summer waters of Little Bay.
Races start every Tuesday at 6PM in Little Bay, Rockport, TX
Skipper's Meeting at 5:45 PM prior to races every Tuesday evening.
The regatta is open to all junior sailors who are less than twenty (20) years old and who do not turn twenty (20) years of age during this calendar year: with boats of the Optimist, ILCA 4m 6 and 7, Open Skiff, and Double-Handed (420 Club, 420 Collegiate, I-420, FJ or other double-handed boat) classes. All class are "bring your own boat."

Our happy hour is open to members and visitors who want to learn more about the yacht club. Cash bar available. Members are asked to bring an appetizer to share.

Volunteers needed at the 2025 Rockin’ Rockport TSA Youth Regatta aka "The Cookie Regatta". We need help both on-shore and on the water so get your friends together and come out to help and have fun.

The requirements are as follows-
On the water-
Boats/Skippers
Green Fleet-
Committee Boat- One bay boat with Skipper
Race Committee- Spotter/Recorder
Opti Red/White and Blue Fleet and Skiffs
Race Committee- Spotter on start/finish line
Mark Set Boat Crew (1)
Laser and 420 Fleet
Race Committee- Timer
On shore-
Galley- Preparing breakfast and lunch - Saturday and Sunday- 4-5 people each day
Clean up- Make sure the club is tidy, throw out garbage, keep bathroom tidy and top up supplies-Saturday- 1-2 people throughout the day/ Sunday- 1 person through the day and then 2-3 people at the end of the day
Docks- Launch & Retrieval- Saturday and Sunday- 5 people each day minimum
Registration/Check-in (x2)- Saturday morning- Check in of participants
Decorate your boat with the Red, White, & Blue....show your patriotic sprit....! Come join in the fun....tell your friends and neighbors....No registration, just join in the parade.....! Oh...No Water Balloons...!!!
The Boats gather in the area of the old Key Allegro Marina before Noon on the 4th....The Parade starts at 12 Noon....! The lead Boat "Bird of Prey" 32' Trimaran..... The route takes the boats through Little Bay (deep areas only, not the ski basin) out to the Salt Water Pool, and then back to the old marina area. Often boats will anchor out and raft up following the parade.... come raft up and enjoy on the water comradery....!!!
The monthly members meeting is open to members and their guests. Happy Hour starts at 5pm and the Dinner starts at 6pm
