The regatta is open to the Sunfish boat class. The course begins in Port Aransas near the Lydia Ann Lighthouse and proceeds north to finish in the Rockport Harbor by the Rockport Yacht Clubhouse. Support/safety boats will accompany sailors as they "sprint" downwind from the start to the finish.
