Member Dinner will be Potluck with a St. Patrick’s Day Theme.   No reservations necessary.  Shelly Schofield has requested 6 mains, 10 sides, 10 appetizers, 3 salads and 6 desserts.  She has indicated that dishes should serve 6-8 people.  Some members have already volunteered to bring the following:

Mains-

Corned Beef & Cabbage- Lolly & Bill Overton

Cabbage Rolls- Rebecca & OT Maxwell

Cottage Pie- Debbie Outten

Brisket- Dorothy & Terry Godbold

Dessert-

Cake- Carol Roth


Some ideas for dishes are:

Potato Pancakes (Boxty)

Irish Soda Bread & Butter

Brussel Sprouts

Irish Stew

Potato & Leek Soup

Vegetarian Cottage Pie

Just to be sure that nobody goes hungry, Shelly has requested that you text her your choices to 909-636-4850.  Or if you need suggestions or recipes she is also happy to share. 

And last but not least, don’t forget to wear green!

The monthly members meeting is open to members and their guests.  Happy Hour is from 5p-6p and Dinner starts at 6p with the Members Meeting starting around 6:45p
